Course Design

This course is designed to take field service engineers to an intermediate level of knowledge. This training shows the FSE how to find the answers during troubleshooting. This type of training increases system uptime and reduces labor costs. FSE’s will maintain uptime by performing proper PM’s, FRU replacement procedures, software diagnostics and most service calls. Training is approximately 40% classroom and 60% hands on equipment in lab.

Pre-requisites

Students are recommended to have a background in CT basics. Students will be working around X-rays so they must always wear their dosimeters while attending class. There will be a preliminary safety course and exam on the first day of class.
