I had an Epiq 7 ultrasound that was down, which caused mass postponements of patient appointments. And this being one of our smaller clinics, the sonographer for this particular machine was unable to work. Joe worked with me every step of the way, providing multiple quotes, all the way up until he was able to ensure me of a Field Service Engineer being on site with needed component in hand, all within 24 business hours of receiving PO. Not to mention that the component was readily available on hand, at less than half what OEM quoted. Although this is my first transaction with Probo Medical, it absolutely will not be my last!
