Probo Medical LLC Acquires Trisonics, Inc. <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tampa, Fla.- <\/strong>Probo Medical, one of the fastest-growing companies in medical equipment sales and repair and a portfolio company of Varsity Healthcare Partners, today announced the acquisition of Trisonics, Inc.<\/a>, which will expand its leading presence in the ultrasound industry.<\/p>\n

With the acquisition of Trisonics, Probo Medical will have an extensive ultrasound service<\/a> division to complement its current ultrasound equipment sales and refurbishment departments. \u00a0Trisonics is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

Established in 2014 and headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, Probo Medical has quickly become one of the U.S.\u2019s largest resellers of new and refurbished ultrasound equipment. Probo\u2019s family of companies includes ultrasound probe operations in Fishers, Indiana and Tulsa, Oklahoma, ultrasound system sales through its headquarters\u00a0in Tampa, Florida, and expands service and sales by Trisonics throughout the eastern United States.<\/p>\n

Trisonics will continue to operate under its current name, with the same tenured service team providing for its customers.<\/p>\n
