Probe Repair Process

Your probe will be repaired at our 10,000 square foot 2D, 3D/4D facility in Fishers, IN or in our dedicated 5,000 square foot TEE facility in Tulsa, OK

Step 1

Contact us for a no-obligation RMA

We provide comprehensive digital evaluations, complete with a multitude of photos and the option for online approval, all within 24 hours.

Step 2

Get your free loaner probe

Probo Medical can send out a loaner probe to you the same day from our expansive loaner probe inventory while your probe is being repaired so you experience zero downtime.

Step 3

Send in your broken probe for repair

All repairs come with our standard 90-day warranty and are always shipped for free overnight delivery.

Step 4

Review and approve your evaluation

Upon assessment, we’ll notify you of the repairs needed and will provide you with a repair quote.

Step 5

Receive your repaired probe

We use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to identify it's repair issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring you receive an expertly repaired probe

Step 6

Return the loaner probe

Once repaired, final testing and retesting is performed. We then send the probe back to you, and any loaner probes are returned to us.
