10-Year Warranty Coverage*
  • Years 1-5: Full Coverage
Included with system purchase – covers parts, labor, and service calls. No preventive maintenance (PM) is required in years 1-4 (though strongly encouraged). A PM is required in year 5 to maintain warranty eligibility.
  • Years 6-10: Conditional Extended Coverage
Coverage applies to the system only (probes and accessories excluded). One annual on-site PM visit must be scheduled and completed each year. The cost of the warranty for that year ($1,000 max, or the cost of the PM) is billed after the PM is successfully completed, providing financial flexibility. Customers are responsible for scheduling the required PM each year. If a PM is missed, warranty coverage is void for that year and cannot be reinstated retroactively.
